1.Charging Your Credit Card

1.1 – By providing Your credit card details or submitting a Credit Card Authorisation, You authorise us to charge payments to Your nominated credit card. You should refer to the Credit Card Authorisation and this agreement for the terms of the arrangement between us and You.

1.2 – We will only charge Your credit card as authorised in the Credit Card Authorisation.

OR

We will only charge Your credit card after we have sent a billing advice to the address nominated by You specifying the amount payable and the date it is due.

1.3 – If the billing day falls on a day that is not a business day, we may process the payment on the next business day.

1.4 – Any credit card payment that is declined or dishonoured may incur an administration fee of $20 plus GST.

2.Amendments by Us

2.1 – We may vary any details of this agreement or the Credit Card Authorisation at any time by giving You at least fourteen (14) days written notice.

3.Amendments by You

You may change, stop, or cancel this agreement by providing us with at least 30 days notification by writing to: accounts@kiscorporate.com.au

by telephoning us on 1300 929 669 during business hours.

*Please note that any changes to credit card details must be provided directly to KIS Group of Companies to ensure payments can continue to be processed correctly.
